Yea, I am getting new exhaust... hopefully a 2.5" mandrel bent, but I may just have to do press bent. I am curious how much it's gonna cost w/ and without muffler... just like a roundabout price so I know what to expect.

I don't live in Denver but usually places charge $180-220

Ok, with or without a muffler? Mandrel or press bent?

id buy your own muffler, you can get a cool sleeper kind if you want instead of a fart can like most exhaust places would slap on.

Yea, I think I am gonna go with Magnaflow dual tip 3.5"... should be good flow, and it'll just look a little bigger than stock.

Sweet, yea... I am only gonna have $270 to spend... so I gotta see if this guy might be able to budge a little bit. I start work next week... so sometimes next weekend I'll get it done.

Ohh, you gonna go the Honda route? Cool... yea, I'd do a swap before exhaust too.. but since I am just gonna turbo the motor I have, might as well get all the small stuff out of the way. :)

Thanks Dave, that is exactly the kind of muffler I am going to want so I book marked that site.

Buds muffler shop off Santa Fe and 10th in downtown. Ask for Conrad.

Not sure about these days, but when I was having exhausts built for my DSMs, noone in the state had a mandrel bender.

Buds does good work, but it was all press bent. A couple of us got them hookded up with CoDSM a bunch of years ago...

I would recommend the flowmaster delta series, but they don't support your car. I think the magnaflow was a great idea.

I'm going to buds this week, installing 2.5 inch all the way with carsound cat and kamikazee hdr. They will do a hybrid mandrel bent welded to straight pipes. I can let you know how they do, email me in a week and I may even have pictures.
