what next?

I have a eclipse gsx with good amout of mods getting good times but im looking for more power and the 4cyl single turbo isnt going to cut it any more i want to run faster im looking at 92-95 300zx and 300gt vr4 i like the AWD of the vr4 vs the RWD and im happy with my current Mitsubishi other than that im at a draw as to what is going to get me better times/longest life under high performance/upgradeability/ect any thoughts here?...

why would you want to go to the heavy and generally slower 3000GT? I'd also think that it'd be harder to make a 300zx even as fast as you are now.

I want an import car that can run down in the 10s i dont think that there is anyway that an eclipse can take that much power with out doing a complete over haul to the engine (my floor boards are going to start to come apart here soon lol) i figure the 6cyl TTs can take a little more hp VR4s i dont know much about 300zxs really yet maybe supras or rx7 there isnt a whole lot more i can do to my eclipse add Intercooler and a 50shot of nos maybe a small cam up grade but i want to have a good low end so i dont want to go nuts with cams on the eclipse and my eclipse is giving me alot of shit right now i grew up with muscle cars v8 with 1000hp ect but i think they are for the most part ugly compaired to imports plus many other things id rather go import but im looking for an import that will get me 11s or 10s

Supra is your best bet to hit 10's without "a complete engine overhaul"
In fact it's really your only option for 10's up here.
