does anyone know of a place that does this?
i'm looking for a place that is willing to rent out shop/garage space.
not really sure on how big it has to be, needs to hold two cars as well as plenty of spares and tools.
I've looked around in the paper and haven't really found anything so if you guys have some tips/ideas i'd love to hear them.
TIA
oh, other thing is it needs to have 24 hour access hehe.
I've been looking for the same thing

Look in the newspaper and there are always people renting out their garages and shops as well, I found a place that rented out their 3 car garage with plenty of room for tools and it wasn't like an attached garage to their house it was off federal and 80th and it is was more of a shop then anything else it ran for $350 a month...

hmm, maybe I'm looking under the wrong shit.
that would be dope, except I'd like to find something in like a business park or whatever so I don't have to worry about the noise when i'm driving around at 3am with no exhaust.

I've heard of small shops in inducstrial parks going for Mucho $$. They are only worth it if you plan on doing work from their and making $$ to pay the huge ass rent. MY Jet-Coater pays $5000 a month for a huge shop in an brand new industrial park.

damn, i looked through the paper today and found some ok places. gonna go take a look at them monday i think.
found about 5 that were in the $350-$550 a month range for like between 800-1000 sq feet. nothing huge, but big enough i think.

That seems awfully a lot for just a garage. Might as well just get a house which has a garage. :D

Haha, not a house for that much.. but for that price, might as well just get a house too! Having a seperate garage that is across town just seems... inefficient. My mom only pays $800/month on mortage in the lovely bubble. I dunno how, but she does. :D
