ok, i just got a P30 head from Pang a couple days ago. I noticed that where the intake and exhaust manifolds bolt to the head, there is no way to screw the nuts on because there isnt any bolts sticking out of the head. Does anyone know what i should do? does a machine shop put these in or should i just use bolts??? im lost. The first pic is of the P72 GSR head and what i need it to look like and the 2nd pic will be the P30 Si Head.

You took that post the wrong way. It's not the fact that you forgot something, it's the fact that you were totally unfriendly and I was hoping you would introduce yourself and not just sit there with your girlfriend and not even look at me in the face. I'm sorry, but I think I know now why people were telling me you were nothing but a shady fuck and I shouldn't have done any business with you. You told me you would bring it, you forgot it, big deal, I don't care about that. The fact that you didn't even carry any convo after that or get up and shake hands and introduce yourself as the guy I had been talking to, shows me that you are what people say you are. Shady. You wouldn't even look at me, you looked like a whipped dog staring at the ground. Grow up.

people were telling you im a shady fuck and not to do business with me? who the fuck told you that? Wow cool, i need to grow up because i didnt come up and shake your hand. You said you knew who i was so whats the point in doing it twice? You couldve came up to me and introduced yourself also. Dont put all the blame on me. I had plenty of friends that wouldve been willing to meet you also but u did the same thing and just sat there too so....

Hey man, just forget about it. Every single person I have ever met on HAI was willing to shake my hand. They at least got up and walked over. I did come up and introduce myself, I said "Hey Bryan, I'm THRICE. Did you happen to bring that heat shield?" and all you had to say was "No, I forgot." and not a word after. Just forget about it man, I'm not going to sweat it I'm just saying that you came off as a jerk.

I would assume that the B16 head has threads in those holes. So you could use bolts (although that could be a pain in the ass for the intake manifold), or you could get some threaded studs and use nuts... I'm thinking you might be able to remove the studs out of the old head (just don't damage the threads).
But your first step should be to get a better camera. :D

You can get a stud extractor from checker that looks like this for around $20 or so. http://www.mytoolstore.com/kd/1708.gif

Are the bolts broke off in there?
Man for someone that talks alot of shit about knowing a grip about everything...Boy I tell you...
You need the studs (double threaded bolt that goes in the head and also allows you to put a nut on it when the intake manifold is on) Get the studs for it and you are done of course if they are broken off in there... well you'll figure it out...
