So I'm not doing the H22 CRX anymore too much cutting and welding. Now my project is building a B16 all motor. I did some research and here is what I came up with.

B16A cylinders bored and sleeved to 86mm, forged rods and pistons 12.5:1 cr and a B17A crank.

Now the question Is it reliable.

Honda Ghandi please help?

Hey! i don't bout reliable but consider if you ever run turbo or booster you want a lot lower compression to avoid pre-detonation and engine damage.

Its all motor. No turbo.

Any reason for sticking with the B16 block? Might as well just get a 2 liter block and a GSR crank and have the extra torque, cost wise i don't think it will be much more than a sleeved B16 with a B17 crank.

The weight and handling. And I don't want to cut the engine bay.

Reliability has more to do with proper building and proper maintenence after teh build than the components themselves.
If the motor is built right, maintained and tuned right it will treat you right. That goes with all motors not just yous

But by doing that set up would it be possible to put out about 200HP?

maybe. depends on head work and cams.

I have the type R cams in it right now.

You will need something better.

200hp = 131lb/ft@8000 or 123lb/ft@8500 or 116.7lb/ft@9000.

ITR cams wont feed enough air to the 86mmx81mm chamber at 9000rpm to maintain 116lb/ft, and I seriously doubt the combo will produce 123lb/ft@8500rpm when the 87mm stroke c5 barely puts 105lb/ft down at that speed.
