Camshafts and gears

What should be some good camshafts and cam gears for my car? I have a 91 integra. I was looking at some ITR stuff but was wondering if crower was any better? blah blah and so on.

I don't think VTEC cams work in non-VTEC heads. A cheap OEM upgrade would be B18B cams. Beyond that, I haven't found any that make more power without requiring raising the redline (and installing a better valvetrain) or having negative effects (such as killing low end power, and drivability as a result).

crower has a few different b-series non-vtec cams... Call them up and tell them what you're looking for (i.e, power goals, whether you want to upgrade your valvetrain, etc..) As weston said, vtec cams wont fit your head.
