Have a 200 Integra GSR with an AEM CAI and a Greddy EVO cat-back. I'd love to take it to a dyno, plug it in, and re-program the fuel/air and vtec. Question is, should I slap a header on it first? If I do slap a header on it, should I also throw on a high-flow cat or leave the stock in place. Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks ya'll

I would keep the stock cat on being that its only a 3 years old but if it has alot of miliage then go for it but you wont notice a massive power increase. As for the header not sure ive never wasted my money on one. I just went all out and bought turbo.

I'd upgrade the cat since an aftermarket is most likely going to have a 2.25" outlet. The stock cat is 2" I believe.

buy a dc jdm header and a 2.5 cat, also try a skunk2 intake manifold ,i have this setup in my gsr but with an iceman intake instead of the aem unit and i am running 14.6@95mph
