Anyone here make custom turbo manifolds... I'd need one for my b20a. There was a guy who was mass producing them, but he seems so unreliable plus I think he stopped... so if anyone can do it, a ball park price would be great. :)

That guys manifolds are pretty sweet.
If you want to bring the car to Loveland and have it down for a while I can have a custom manifold built.
Thanks.

Ok, can't really have the car down for more than a day... could you take measurements and work from that? Also, about how big a hole in the wallet for this? :) Thanks Mark.

Does the b20a have the same exhasut manifold as any other b-series engines? This place makes custom manifolds. (http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/) You just have to send them an exhasut gasket and then have the rest of it welded by a welder.

Yeah, we would need the car for atleast 24-48 hours. Especially if it needs to drive away turbocharged. Custom Manifolds vary greatly depending on what you want, what you need etc. Anywhere from $300-700 for the manifold alone.

1998cc - The b20a is different from other b-series engines.. don't think it'll bolt up.

Ok, I'll see Mark... supposedly a few people are gonna start making turbo mani's, but no real update... so I may just get like a equal length manifold that'll bolt up to a T3 compressor.

Yea, I was thinking doing the install of the turbo over a weekend.. would that be possible? Also, I saw you posted that you can get T3/T4's for a great price... how about just a T3 itself? Thanks man, really appreciate it.

I've said this in the past, if you want a T3 get one from a 84-86 turbo 300zx. They are .60/.63. The 85-86 ones are also water cooled. They have an internal wastegate, so you have to keep part of the downpipe. These can flow 15psi non-intercooled on a 3 liter v6. This is a good turbo if you don't want to put down the cash for a brand new t3.

Ok, I'll keep that in mind.. I am gonna intercool anyways, but I'll see if I can't pick one of those up or something similar.
