Guys I need your help. My spyder was rear ended on July 9th. And a guy who says he hangs out on sundays at the Mann saw the whole accident. For some reason this guy didnt get mentioned in the Police report. I dont have a name or a number for this witness.
Do you Know who he is?
He was driving a Little Yellow Geo Storm with the big Eclipse style wing on the back. Does this ring a bell?

at bandi today there was a little yellow geo stork with a checkered flag type thing painted on the side & a saleen style double wing. if i had seen this post i would've asked him...

i talked to the cop and told her i could see you were having trouble getting in but i didn't actually see the collision. she said that was fine and i didn't need to do anything else, so i left. i don't think i can help since i didn't see the actual ramming and i don't think i want to lie in a court room - sorry
what's the problem? that cop made it obvious that the guy rammed you just by looking at the damage to both vehicles.
as far as bandi went last night....16.2 at 94mph has got me pretty heated.....oh well see ya up there next wed.

Hope everything turns out ok for ya Thanks.....no...he stuck around...showed a current ins. card to the cop....but the cop didnt verify current insurance... he stopped paying in march.....so it cancelled in June. The Bumper is fixed...now I'm just waiting for the artist to re-create the paint work.....

Shit man..it seems that everyone with a nice/clean car is bound to get it fucked up by some asshole who shouldnt even be on the road. Sorry to hear about the car man..I'm sure you'll get it fixed up properly at least.
