I've been looking for the past 8 month and the only ones I found were in Chicago and all over CA. The closest one was in Arizona but good luck I already gave up.

I've been looking for over 3 years, and about every 2 months or so a new one comes up for sale and its either a peice or ridicoulously over priced...good luck.

Yeah, 240's are all over Cali like a pack of dogs on a three legged cat. There's 2 of them for sale on AutoTrader, but they are automatic. ;)

Thanks,
Andy How did you get a 5spd 94? The only 240sx available in 94 was a the convertible and all of those came in auto. Maybe you just mixed up on the year.

I found one in Broken Arrow OK. and for $2999 it is a steal, I will be doing the RB25DET and silvia conversion all around but I am hoping to have the entire project done by march-april of 04. also too many people look for a manual one dont worry for even if you get an auto you will be doing a swap and it wont matter for the car is RWD and the shifter is a part of the tranny unlike many Honda's where they use a linkage. get an auto swap it with SR20, RB20 or RB25 and you are set just get the manual console found on ebay or other places that do the 240 swaps and you are set.

i found my car for 1500, i found my s15 frontend for 2600. the motor, tranny, ecu, and harness for 2650, a guy will put it in for 1500 with a 6 month warranty, the car goes in on monday for the motor, and i ordered the s15 conversion today! and just got back from getting the t4, front mount and bov.!!!!!

Really I didnt know that. I'm very interested in a 97-98 240sx to replace the hatchback. The only ones that I've seen are automatics though, so if that is true I can roll in a auto for a while till I get the green for the swap.

Do you know if the manual console is a pain to line up? or is it fit perfectly?

I lines up perfectly and also I found out that if you keep the console as auto you can just put the boot in and it looks decent too.

Who is putting it in? What kind of front mount are you getting? What kind of bov are you putting on it? I have a 91 sitting in my garage and I am wondering what you are doing with yours and how you like it.:p

They might seem to be the cheapest, but I got ripped off by these guys.
sent cashier's check that included express shipping - that was in january - now it's July and I have no motor and they will not answer my emails. Maybe that's why they are the cheapest - they take your money and you get Nothing. Just wanted to post my experience with these guys - try to save someone else from getting ripped off.

for sure... buy your motorset from
www.heavythrottle.com (http://www.heavythrottle.com/) or www.phase2motortrend.com (http://www.phase2motortrend.com). Their price may be higher, but it's worth it. You get for what you pay. I went cheap and now im missing tranny, flywheel and clutch bolts. Not to mention its really dirty. Well I gotta deal with I what i got.
