why did we just put a bounty on his head in the first place? The war cost like 3 billion dollars...put a 3 billion dollar bounty on his head and we would of had him in a couple minutes.

The war cost was closer to 80 billion.

A huge award hasn't helped us find OBL, I'm not holding my breath here either.
