Hi all.

I would really appreciate board members advice/recommendations. I'm coming to Denver (I live in Scotland) on the 23 Sept. for 10 days vacation, I was in Denver last year, I loved it. While I'm in Colorado I'd like to see some hot rods, muscle cars, etc., etc. Where would I have the best opportunity? Would like to get a few pics, to bring home. Thought about going to Bandimere(spelling), is it any good? Or is there somewhere better?
Would also like to visit some performance parts stores just to see what's on offer, US guys are miles ahead of us here in Scotland. The prices we pay for parts here is ridiculous, at times almost double what you pay plus 17.5% government tax. Petrol (gas) costs $6.00 + for five litres here.

Many thanks in advance.

P.S. Any shops specialize in N2O accessories?

Tried sending some haggis by air mail last year but your customs guys confiscated it. Can't say I blame them.

As for the kilt I've seen the frost you get up those mountains.

I would recommend the Hamburger Stand meet on Wednesdays, but I'm not sure if they will still be meeting in September.

The hamburger stand sounds good if it's on. Are staying near that location 6th and federal.

P.S. this is a good forum this everyone seems to have a good sense of humour.

Thanks Austin,

Will add those to my list. I've been checking out a street map of denver and should be able to find my way around ok. With a bit of luck I will see some of you guys over there. Look out for me I will be the one wearing the kilt and playing the bag pipes (LOL).

Tsitim- Now why wouldn't I want to go home? Scotland has so much to offer, rain, fog, porridge, haggis, kilts and the dreaded bag pipes. Aren't you glad you live in Colorado?
