July 2nd @ Hamburger Stand on Union

For those that don't know, there is a car show at the Hamburger Stand on Union (about a mile south of 6th off the union/sims exit) every wensday. I'd say at least a few dozen cars show up of all sorts (hotrods to supras). It goes on from 5-9 I beileve, it's always really good turnout. I say HAI guys who want go down there tomorrow and show them that us import guys are down for that stuff too.

Who wants to go? I'm in boulder till about 5:30, so i'm going to guess I could be there around 6:30. Maybe we could either meet up somewhere and drive there, or just meet up there. I'll definatly be there with hopefully a few of you guys. If you are planing on going post here.

It's easy to get too, just take 6th avenu and get off on the Union/Sims exit and head south. It's on the west side (right) about a mile down.

Nice thing is that it's guarenteed to be a good event. Even if we don't show up there will be lots of nice cars there, so no one has to worry about everyone else backing out at the last minute and it not going down.

Either take 6th or I70 to 6th and get off ata Simms and head south and it will be on the right.

You know if you need help doing an oil change there are plenty of people that will help you... or did all that power you have now just rip your car apart leaving a trail of pieces on the highway

i've been walking up and down the street picking up little bits of my transmission. Just gonna go to school and weld everything back together. :rolleyes: j/k

just had to put some new exhaust gaskets in. no more exhaust leak. just need an engine torque dampener.

FYI guys, the part of Union between 6th and Cedar is tore up for construction. Lots of nic man hole covers sticking out of the ground above the grooved pavement. Pretty nasty. I would take Alameda if you have wheels. Just a suggestion.

I'm all ready to go, did a quick wash and wax... not 100% happy with it (trim looks like ass) but it should be enough to not look bad tomorrow.

eh, maybe, but most likely not. Lets see how old I am, I remember when the hamburger stand used to be a weinersnitchelz. Anybody else remember that? Shlotskys just up the street is a pretty decent sandwhich shop if anyone cares.

was a cool show for those that missed it. I counted 5 vipers. One that was spraying, and one 2003. Lots of horsepower there....

I saw 2 vipers that were spraying LARGE shots. Black one and the Red one that were next to eachother. Some guy in a Viper ACR was being a complete jackass, gunned it while a couple of girls were crossing in front of him just slowing down in time. I couldnt believe it. Lots of ass kickin old cars though :)
