Ha ha, lsvtec, HELL NO. Way to high maintenance. I went through about 5 motors before I got my head on streight and did ls turbo. I spun bearing after bearing. The stupid head robs all the oil from the block. Honestly it was way way way to expensive to do for how fast it was. My fastest was 15.2 and that was at the end of the season last year. The ls turbo cost me just as much to do and it is completely reliable. I run high 13's with only 208 hp (and 220 ft lbs he he he)

Ummm, that was me. And my tires aren't even drag radials. They're my daily driven NT555s.....I hit sub 2.1 60's on every run.

That's like saying kumho 712s are victoracers basically.

I'm also expecting sub-2.0 60's this season on the same tires, basically the same setup.

The NT 555 comes in three compounds. One is in fact a drag radial, and it is the most common compound. There is an autox compound, and a street compound.

You are using the NT555. The NT555 is more often than not an actual drag radial.

That's like saying you are using Kumho Victoracers and they aren't an R compound.

Thank you, I hope to improve on those times again this season.

Previous times were on 24psi and a mild burnout. I will prolly drop the pressure to around 17psi, warm them up quite a bit more, and I have more power off the line thanks to my 2step.
