View Full Version : I hate my car!!!!

So I got stuck into watching my dad's dogs/house last night while he went to his 40th reunion. but on to my point

I was driving through evergreen, had the car in cruise control going 60. I was heading up a hill and my car turned on the gas to maintain speed. Next thing, all I heard was my BOV, my EPC light came on, and then boom, car no worky.

I pull over to the side of the road. My car was still running, but the exhaust tone was very deep and rough, almost like when you lose a plug or something, but I had no CEL. When I pushed on the gas, it would only idle up about 500 rpm, but the car wouldn't move.

I ended up turning off the car for a few, and then it started up and it was fine.

I'm so tired of the problems with my car. This just makes me want to get rid of it more... :(

Damn that sucks man...your car is really badass..but after all the BS you've went thru with it..I think I'd be about ready to drive it off a cliff too..that really sucks.

FWIW yesterday on my way to the doc my car did a little stutter, like it was going to die, and I noticed the speedo went to zero, then came back on and went back up to 60.
