I pulled it to fix the head, then found the turbo was seized. And who knows what else was wrong with the damn thing. Now it sits in my garage, I should have the engine within a week or so, and then just some small things and it'll run again. I ended up parting out the old engine and it pulled in close to $800, only another couple hundred and it's ready to roll.

hrmm..I dont see what lojack has to do with that ripped up car? My car wasnt recovered because I didnt realize it was gone for like 8 hours...there are definately a lot of GOOD things that the system can do for you...protecting things under your hood isnt one of them however.

lo jack works, early warning lo-jack works even better. thats where lo-jack calls you if you car gets started without the key. and the rest is history.

Here is a good story about a car being recovered from a device that tracks your car.
