now if there is a lurker on the board you guys think talking about ways to stop thieves would be to talk about how you would do it on here is the best way? i say a meeting or emailing specific people that you know and trust on here is one of the best ways....i had my car stolen and i got it back with the engine and i was lucky to get just that...cops dont give a shit my car spent a month in impound because it take 4 days to take prints (but they wont do it if it snows or rains or its the weekend) i think the best way is the c4 wired with remote detonator is best, blow those mother f...ers up!!!! but seriously a nieghborhood watch or something...i dunno like i said mine was stolen and i know that hopelessness feeling like...did it get towed? no some one play a prank? no wtf it is gone, it was here a few hours ago....then bam it hit you in the gut like mohamed ali throws a right hook and knocks all the air out of you and you realize your car is gone thats it t.k.o. you panic you call the cops ask people if they saw anything and drive around looking for you car...but good luck cops might find it next day or mourning may even take them a few days, i say we stop taking this shit up the tail pipe and do something about it....excuse my metaphor...now i am sorry this is so long but i feel really strong about this anyways anyone with suggestions i am all ears pm me

hrmm..its not hard to steal a honda. They even did that fucking expose on the news showing all the steps involved and exactly how to steal one. Thats one thing I like about being up here in montana right now..I can sleep at night without having to worry about my car...at all. I even went to a movie tonight...left it outside without having to worry about it..maybe its time to move back here and open up a riceboy parts shop!

Best thing to do is find out about ways of disabling a car and doing it yourself. I dont want someone else knowing where I've installed the kill switch in my car.

A while back, I heard about some installer at Soundtrack that kept dibs on which customers had higher end auto sound equipment installed in their cars and didnt have alarms or had alarms installed by them. This person would go and steal the equipment that he installed for the customer later on.
