Drive In Movie?

Anybody interested in getting the club together at the drive in for a movie? We can buzz in there with our loud exhausts and interrupt everyone who's watching. :D

Seriously though, Drive ins rule. We should do a meet at one.

the only problem with drive-ins is to get any decent sound, you have to tune to their FM station... if the volume is up loud, there goes your battery. Someone will need to bring a battery charger with start function for those of us with weak pussy batteries.

I like that idea a lot...could be an excuse to get together and not have to worry about our cars...at least not any more than we normally do. Where are there drive-ins anymore tho' and where would everyone be willing to go? Axle had mentioned one somewhere...I see one up north here but dont know if it works...a GTG for 2F2F tomorrow night, or saturday would be a kick in the ass if we could get it together in time. Since I seem to have a lot of free time lately...I could help get it going if a few people are serious. I think 10 cars..(or LOTS more) would make it really fun...

Besides..its a damn Evo in the movie.. ;)

I definitley support the idea of a bunch of us getting together for a movie. Especially 2F2F, a mini car show! Then when people ask where our neons are, we can say "in the rearview where they belong" Mike, I think I'm going in tomorrow, so try to find if it's going to be played at the drive in. There's the one on 88th and Rosemary, and the huge double screen double feature off of Santa Fe. Cinderella city twin I think it's called.

So what time do they open the gates? At the box office time? Pretty safe to say that their web page is the worst I've ever seen..damn. No wonder drive-ins are dying out. No pricing..no times, no nothing really...did you call to see what movies are playing this weekend? If so..do they always do a double feature? How much do they cost? I cant handle all the pressure!!! i went to the cinderella drive in a couple years ago, and it's basically on a dirt lot. holes everywhere and killer on dropped and un-dropped cars alike

Red and Jerry's is on Sante Fe and Oxford.

Just take I-25 south to Sante Fe and follow Sante Fe south till you see it. It's on the right hand side and has a huge sign.
