Alright dudes. I am going to be honest, I would not know the first thing about swapping in a new motor. I am looking at buying my new engine and it is an H22. That's what I'm getting, I have decided. Now, I do not trust any shops to do it, they charge alot of $$$ and usually aren't as careful as I would be if I was to know how myself, and will not allow me to be there, and that's what I want. TO LEARN. My question to you is, is there anyone here that posesses the knowledge and "know how" to help me put in my motor with me in my garage when I recieve it? I need only about $800 more and I hope to get a motor soon. Anyways, I just wanted to know who I could speak to about helpin me when the time arrives. I would be more than happy to give you some $$$ for the troubles, but as you may know, my budget will be tight. Thanks.

My Del Slow. I know I know I know, about people and their "get the B18" and everything else, but I have decided on the H22 because I love the motor, its quick, and has great low end, and thats what I want. I've seen it done and nothing to the suspension needs to be altered. I was just curious if anyone knows someone from the board who will help me build this project. Honda Ghandi? maybe HellefiedSH?

HondaGhandi or 94Hatch should be able to help for much more reasonable prices. Also, I hope you don't plan on boosting the H22 much if at all, they have weak ringlands.

I dont do house call motor swaps. Its too much trouble to tote tools all over town when my garage is where I keep everything I need.

I dont rent it out. Same with my tools, I dont loan them out, BUT,
for a price I would be willing to do the swap in my garage with your assistance. Id also teach you a few things along the way.

I am pretty backed up right now. I have to work my ass off to make up for this theft. They didn't really know how much it was going to screw me over when they stole my car. I have to start off from a little bit below scratch right now. I have bills to pay before I can get a newer car.........I have an old truck that I am driving right now.

Haha, That's what I meant. I didn't want to borrow your garage or tools. I wanted to have you teach me about putting one in.

I heard that Tobi's still a virgin, oh, I bet you were talking about the engine. Yeah, that'd be a good idea.
