Sorry don't want to start any shit or contribute to the coexisting shit, but there is no such thing as a B22. You are saying that there is, because you did it. Well that's true that you have a B-series 2.2 liter motor in there, but it isn't not a B22. It's a stroked B18. So the technical name would be 2.2 liter B18C5. What the other guys are trying to say is that just because you made it a 2.2 liter motor, it does not carry the traditional naming properties with it. The engine code still says B18C5, but the engine itself performs otherwise. So, case in point, it's still a 2.2 liter stroked B18, not a B22, because B22's don't exist. And just because you made one, doesn't mean that the particular engine exists, because it doesn't. What you have is a 2.2 liter B18C5.

I have a B18C5 in my car, if I went out and simply "put a stroker kit to it" I would not have a B22. I would have a B18C5 stroked to a 2.2 litre.

I know that has been stated repeatedly in this post, but I wanted to simplify it once again:)
