swap it. Look into a B16A or a B18C1. www.hmotorsonline.com sells both of those. The B16 will run for $1799 and the B18C1 runs for $2899. The B16A is a 1.6L DOHC VTEC with 160hp and the B18C1 is a 1.8L with 170hp. if you turbo your D15, it will probably only get you into the 16's with stock internals and like 5 psi....unless you are planning on building the motor which isnt really worth it. You swap the B16 lets say, it should get you into the low 16's high 15's if you are a good driver, then you boost and you should be looking at mid-low 14's or maybe high 13's.

According to hmotorsonline, for those prices you will still need to get axles, shift linkage, and stock motor mounts. For the b16a, they charge $550 more and for the b18c1, they charge $300 more for those three items. You might be able to find them cheaper though.

I don't consider the tach rice because it actually serves a purpose. Sure it looks like rice, but his car didn't come with a stock tach and it sucks not knowing when you are about to hit the rev limiter.

He could have done a cluster swap, but probably didn't know it was possible because he is a noob.

I didn't know it doesn't have one stock. Not quite as bad I guess.
