well, the weather is warm, the nights are calm. so i decided to bust out the grill and burn some dead cow.

anyways, how do you guys and girls like your steak? what liquids do you wash it down with?

as for me, steak with a bit of salt and pepper medium-medium well. and a nice tall glass of milk. yum yum

"burn some dead cow"

I like steak that doesn't get stuck in my teeth, and my girl likes steak slapped across her face.

I like Medium-Rare with a little bit of garlic salt on it. Then some Heinz 57 with a big tub of mountain dew or sometimes a beer is nice :)

McCormicks Montreal seasoning so it is a little peppery, Medium, and big. Every once in a while I eat it with A-1.

Steak marinated in Ranch dressing medium-rare with some beer = yummy!! :bounce: Otherwise just regular steak with no ranch is good with heinz 57, but must be medium rare.

LOL!! I just finished chowing down on some steak that I grilled yesterday. :D

Seasonings? Tone's Canadian Steak Seasoning, Mrs. Dash Mesquite Grilling Blends, and Grill Creations Kansas City Style Seasoning Salt.

London Broil, medium rare. No salt, no A1, no NADA!

:)

New York strip, medium rare

If you eat a steak cooked more than medium than you just as well wipe your ass with that money. Why do people like to eat shoe leather anyway??

I grilled up a few pounds of beef lastnight for myself, my son and a friend of his. We buy Omaha Steaks a few times/yr, so we always seem to have it waiting in the freezer.

mmm Mmm MMM! :)
