Fix-It tickets !!!

hello again my friends,
I havent posted much latley cuz i have had finals. on my way to and from school I was tailgated and pulled over by a cop and given what many of us have recived, a dreaded fix it ticket. Now i have recvied tickets like this before, for my springs , for my tint and many other things. but this time it was serious, i must remove my exhuast before June 7th or i recive a $75 fine. Now at this time i can not pay that, and my parents are breathing down my neck to take it off. I can't seem to find a silenercer for it. It is really really hard to fin one. I need one for my exhaust so i can meet the sound requirment for the state. If any of you know any webistes , or can sell me a silencer for a 4'' outlet exhauts i would be soo grateful. PLEASE FIND ME A SILENCER FOR MY EXHAUST OR I FEAR MY CAR WILL BE TAKEN AWAY AND I WILL HANG MYSELF WITH MY KEYS!!! just kidding. but seroisly i need a silencer.

chech out arospeed (try going through streetracing.com), as far as I have seen they seem to have silencers for everything. hopefully you can find one that works, otherwise just make one!!!

Put some steel wool in it.

just put your stock exhaust on, take a picture, then put the modded exhaust back on. Show the picture to the judge and call it a day.

So do you need to change the visual aspect or the sound level? If it's just the sound level, go to a local muffler shop and have them temporarily install the cheapest muffler they have on the shelves. Just have them clamp that badboy on there, it should quiet it down enough.

i dont have the $$ to just take it off and put another one on
it cost like $50 bucks to put it on or take it off. And the sound levle must be at 89 db. mine is at 96 db.but thanks for your ideas

I'll trade you for my rusted out one. You'll lose money but your problem will be fixed. BTW, the tip on my beast exhuast is like 1".

:rofl: Oh man, a 4" tip? Can you say rice? Or do you wanna fart it out of your exhaust? I don't even think people with turbo use a 4" tip. Shoulda kept the stock exhaust... why would you get rid of it anyway?
