Hey kids, a bunch of american rollin dudes i know wanna race some fast imports tomorrow night at sonic on like 98th and federal...Kostas your presence was requested since appearantly you've got that fast supra or whatever. Basically if you run 13's or below show up at sonic 8:30 PM.....Somebody beat this kid jay with a supercharged silver GT mustang cause he's a homo...IMPORTS REPRESENT!

Do other cops know about the board?

Hell yes. Smokey personally tells every cop he knows about the site, so I'm sure word has spread considerably.

How serious are they about individuals and pursuing them?

You're not going to like this, but they have information on you. Based off what we all have been posting about ourselves they have collected information on us. This information includes but is not limited to: type of car, your name, age, e-mail address, where you work and in some instances where you live. From what I understand this information is not being used to pursue anyone, but coming from the military I understand their information collection strategies.

If Jay is around Westy, and looks pretty stock, I think I've raced him before. Very fast car. Dead even with me when I was straight BPU. There's a million Silver GT's though, so who knows...

Yeah probably shouldn't have posted this public. PLUS, this is memorial-day weekend, MILLION cops out. I'll be in the Springs Saturday night, otherwise I'd be game next week. Plus the HamburgerStand at Alameda & Union is suppose to have car nights on Wednesdays now...

O.k., I ran Jay last night at some illegals. This is NOT the same silver GT from Westy that I remember. He runs ET Streets, don't know what mods exactly. One person said he ran 12.7, another said 12.5.

First run: I bogged, so he got the holeshot and jumped about 3 cars, I played "reel-em-in", but he was still a couple cars ahead when he shut down at the top of his 3rd-gear, just short of a quarter-mile. I measured that <???-business-name> sign was only 2-tenths, not a full-quarter. Need to go back and measure better.

I asked if he wanted to run from a first-gear roll, he said No, but we could run from a dig again. (sigh) :(

Second run: Better launch, he only jumped a couple cars, I pretty much caught up by then end of the run. He maybe had half or one car-length. Between these and the last time I raced Brandon's silver (12.4 sec) rx7-tt, I'm guessing my car is around mid-12's on street tires. Not bad for a 3600-pounder. Jay's got a very quick Pony, I was impressed, sounded mean too, like practically open exhaust.

Saw a couple good races: 12-second Typhoon vs. 10.5-sec Camaro (n/a, 250-shot?!), 10.5 Camaro vs. 11-second foxbody.

Jay seems cool enough to me. Knows how to launch, and knows how to drive too. NOT MANY PEOPLE I've met, I'd say the same thing about. Damn fast considering just a 8-lb. Vortech and bolt-ons.

WHOA.... were you squeezing Praveen? With your setup you should easily walked him. A BPU 6 speed with ++ and juice is easily a high 11's car here. I hope you weren't squeezing...or should have tore them up. That sucks you only raised till 3rd gear...pretty lame to me...Next time you go up, let me know.

yea well jay was on ET streets and praveen was on shitty street tires. so have praveen put on ET streets and hell be well in the 11's

His car is QUICK. Friday night I WAS squeezing, that's why I could catch up to him right before the end of the quarter. Sunday night I raced him from a 1st gear roll, OFF the bottle, and we were EXACTLY door-handle to door-handle, I started to (SLOWLY) walk, approaching (what felt like) a quarter mile, then after that pretty much jogged away. I normally don't go up there is because it's a pretty long drive and then have to drive all the way home afterwards. Plus now with the baby stuff I am not trying to push it, but I will now I think. I am sure the new converter will make things a little different. Sounds like a great race I just didn't understand why his 12.7 car will beat a monster bpu++ with the squeeze. I think Shaun ran 12.5's on ET's, so they are close. I just figured you would destory them all with the juice. It's fucking scary when it hits 100hp instantly. Can't wait to see the flick. Next time get him to race a whole quarter mile.

My shot feels more like 60-70 to the ground. Only the dyno will tell! Who knows?! ;) Plus that would make sense, comparing the results of racing him with and w/o.
