air filter?

I just got a new filter for my crx, cause i fucked up my old one. It is one of those all metal mesh ones from speedimage. It sycks in more air but i am kind of questionable about how it is filtering the air. do you think that a k&n filter would be better?

IMO, an air filter is pretty much an air filter. There may be a 1 hp difference between all of them.

try this:

Get a hair blower, turn it on and blow it through the filter, if it come out cooler than the air from the blower, you have a good airfilter.
