Me and two of my friends were cruisin south on wads in my lude at about pomona drive when this integra comes flying up on my ass......I hit the emergency flasher and we pull off onto pomona drive, and anyone who is familiar with the area they will know where I am talking about, so we drive past pomona and we get to a pretty long straight away....the integra pulls up next to me and a kid and his friend were in it and they asked how we were going to do it and I said see that green sign down there? we will race to that and he agreed and asked my mods and I told him and he asked whether it was a vtec or not and I said no and then I asked him what he had and he said that he had like fuel controller, headers, exhaust, and a whole lot of other shit....and no vtec...so I am thinking that it might be a pretty fair race so we rev it up and the kids friend says 3..2..1..and I dropped it hard and was burning out for what seemed like eternity and the kid was probably 2 car lengths up when I was burning out and by the time I hit second I was one car length ahead than two than three and just kept pulling away...it was one of the best races I have been in!:D

Yeah..funny thing about a honda..they seem to slow down when you add that 2nd or 3rd header! Anytime you want to race a quick car..with just that damn single header...let me know. ;)

Yeah, those fuel controlers really help a lot too, when the only other mod is a header. It sounds like the kid that came into Radio Shack telling me how he used to have a 94 ITR and then about the spark plug wires he considered as basic mods on his current car. I was with a customer though, and couldn't effectively school him at the time.

Im gonna bet that you voted "Any time, Anywhere" on the street racing poll. I think my car came with 4 headers stock, i mean, 4 cyl. should have 1 header per cylinder right?

Intake, Header, and Exhaust really dont add much HP. Save your money for a turbo kit.

OK, before somone corrects you again it's HEADER. You only have one exhaust head on your honda. Where the fuck did you race near pomona? I graduated from pomona and there arn't any 2 lane street after turning on pomona drive.

it was a one lane road not two. And I never really go around there but it was a one lane road...and it was like midnight there was no one there.

I will run your prelude :)
I dont have a header, but I have a cheap intake and exhaust, stock cat too if that will make a difference. All I got is me and my 1.8

When did hitting the emergency flashers on teh street mean "follow me so we can race"? I would like to race your prelude, sounds like you might tear my little 1.8 up.............
